By choosing your spot and paying, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Vendors must arrive by 9:00 AM and be fully set up by 9:45 AM.
• Setup pick up may NOT begin before 2:00 PM to ensure a consistent experience for shoppers.
• Booths are assigned, please do not relocate without approval.

Tent Safety

• All tents must be secured with weights of at least 10 lbs per leg.
• Unweighted tents may be removed for safety reasons.

Outdoor Preparedness

• As an outdoor market, vendors are responsible for ensuring their own comfort and protecting their products in all weather conditions.
• Recommended supplies include:
  ✿ Water and shade (e.g., umbrellas, canopies)
  ✿ Cooling mist fans or portable fans
  ✿ Coolers or insulated containers for perishable items

Vendor Standards

• Vendors must supply their own inverter generators if electricity is needed.
• No illegal or unsafe products.
• Food vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
• We recommend obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required to operate your business.

Cleanliness & Conduct

• Keep your area clean and dispose of trash properly.
• Be courteous to customers and fellow vendors.

Punctual

• Failure to show up on time/without prior notice to coordinators, may result in your spot being taken by coordinator rearranging a vendor.

Drop-off/Pickup

• Vehicles may enter tent area before 9:45AM and After 2PM.
• Vendor Vehicles must drop-off products, tents, and tables then leave area for easy flow of other vendors. Don't block pathway.
• Do NOT enter tent area with vehicle before 2PM, we care about the safety of the children and shoppers crossing area.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the market without refund. Banned from future events.
